Refund Policy

Tests purchased have no "use by" date and will always access the most recent version of our tests.  If you have purchased the wrong test please contact us at help@accountests.com and we can work this through with you.  There is no cost for this unless the replacement test is more expensive.

If you want to be refunded for a test that you purchased and will not use we will charge a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the cost of the tests to be refunded at our discretion.  Refunds will only be made to the credit card used for the purchase.

First Time Buyer Satisfaction Policy

If the purchase you made is your organisations first paid purchase from Accountests we will refund the price paid if you are not entirely happy.  The terms of this refund are

  1. The test is your organizations first paid purchase.  Refunds are not available to individual purchasers
  2. Refund request must be made within 5 days of the candidate completing the test
  3. The maximum refund is one test - if multiple tests are purchased at the same time the refund will be the most expensive individual test
  4. No refund under this policy is available for tests used from a 'gift card' or Accountests Credits
  5. Only the buyer can request the refund
  6. Refunds will only be made to the credit card used for the test purchase
  7. An explanation of the issues resulting in the refund request must be provided, and an opportunity made by the buyer for Accountests to discuss these issues with the buyer
  8. This offer is made subject to the laws of New Zealand
